Build confidence from the ground up in this two-part heels series designed to help you feel strong, empowered, and comfortable in your movement.
Whether you’re brand new to heels or looking to refine your technique, the Divine Flow Series creates a supportive, judgment-free space where the focus isn’t on perfection—it’s on growth.
Part I: Foundations on Saturday, September 12th 6:30-7:45 PM
We’ll break down the fundamentals of dancing in heels, including posture, balance, body awareness, musicality, confidence, and technique through drills and guided exercises. You’ll also learn a short choreography that introduces the movement vocabulary we’ll continue building throughout the series.
Part II: Choreography on Saturday, September 26th 6:30-8:00 PM
We’ll revisit the foundational concepts before building them into a full choreography, allowing you to move with greater confidence, intention, and fluidity. Students attending both classes will benefit from the additional practice and familiarity, while newcomers are still welcome to join and will learn everything from the beginning.
This series is designed to help you build confidence one step at a time while reconnecting with your body in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Individual Class – $30
• Full Two-Part Series – $50 (Save $10)
No previous heels experience is required.
Recommended:

• Knee pads for added comfort and support
Please Note:
• No refunds.
• No transfers.
• Registration is required to reserve your spot.
